Larry Kudlow Criticizes Colorado Supreme Court’s Decision to Ban Trump from Ballot

In a recent interview on Fox Business, Larry Kudlow, the former Director of the National Economic Council of the United States, shared his opinion on the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to ban former President Donald Trump from the state’s ballot. Kudlow characterized the decision as “dumb” and “undemocratic,” expressing concerns about the implications of this move on the political landscape. Let’s delve into Kudlow’s perspective on this contentious issue.

Larry Kudlow’s Critique

1. A Controversial Decision

Larry Kudlow wasted no time in expressing his disapproval of the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision. He labeled it as “dumb” and “undemocratic,” setting the tone for his critique of the ruling.

Analyzing Trump’s January 6th Speech

Kudlow delved into the heart of the matter by referring to former President Trump’s speech on January 6th, a pivotal moment in U.S. history. He highlighted a specific line from Trump’s speech: “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol Building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.” Kudlow’s argument was that this statement did not constitute a call for insurrection, and Trump has neither been charged nor convicted of insurrection.

Renegade State Court in Colorado

Kudlow expressed his concern about what he described as a “renegade state court” in Colorado. He pointed out that the Colorado Supreme Court comprises nine Democrats, four of whom apparently objected to the decision. Kudlow believed that the U.S. Supreme Court would likely overturn the ruling, given the circumstances.

Potential Political Impact

The interview also touched on the potential political ramifications of the decision. Kudlow suggested that the Colorado Republican Party could shift from a primary to a caucus system if the ruling was not overturned. He believed that this move would render the decision ineffective.

Biden Democratic Party Accusations

Kudlow did not hold back in his criticism of the Biden Democratic Party. He accused them of corruption and claimed that they wanted to “throw President Trump in jail for 700 years.” He asserted that such accusations, including the use of the 14th Amendment and the insurrection charge, made no sense.

Election Fraud Redirection?

About half of the American public argues that massive election fraud likely took place in the 2020 Presidential election and the democrats over-the-top response of calling January 6th worse than Pearl Harbor was little more than redirection and intimidation to take the public’s eye off the election fraud that took place. If democrats could redefine January 6th as an illegal insurrection attempt, then they could threaten and silence anyone who pointed out the election fraud as an insurrectionist and even throw former President Trump in jail for 700 years. Until massive government reform is done to address the numerous documented instances of fraudulent vote counts, vote dumps, “mules” and ballot drops caught on voting drop-box cameras, and the illegal ejecting of vote count inspectors from key vote counting facilities, this stain on the American voting system will remain.

Bottom-line: Larry Kudlow’s interview on Fox Business shed light on his strong disapproval of the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to ban former President Trump from the state’s ballot. Kudlow’s critique centered on the belief that Trump’s January 6th speech did not incite insurrection, and he criticized the state court’s ruling as undemocratic. He also touched on the potential political implications of the decision, emphasizing the divisive nature of this issue in the current political landscape.
